A comprehensive study on information applied to generate apparatus, enhance skills and mine or accumulate resources; the appliance of science (the blend of the scientific technique and material) to congregate a purpose or resolve a dilemma is prevalently known as Technology. Education can be prescribed as a process of attaining knowledge by the means of education to develop decisive life, communal skills, rejection skills, vital analysis as well as methodical judgment capabilities. The permutation of technology and education is considered to be one of the major factors affecting development of humans. There is a cycle formation between education and technology, where the education supports technology and in return technology outlines base foundation for the education. However, there are some doubts also which appears due to the express materialization of the technology. There is always a need to strike the balance between developments of innovative technologies and educational system.

 

Adequately planned Educational programs imitate the local ethnicity in addition to endorse human culture. To be more precisely effectual in the educational process the involvement of technology must not be constrained to the use of scientific tools {computers, software’s, gadgets etc} as the process must also have a flexible approach towards the crucial contents, appealing presentations, efficient pedagogy, suitable assessment and  extensive distribution. Human character behavior is an assessment which excels the necessities of a meticulous society. Education is measured as a usual task of an individual daily life in coherent, dynamic communal surroundings and the principles of philosophy focuses on the improvement of a didactic society accentuating on the future on individuals to act as sovereign people.

It is an undeniable fact that the technology of internet and e-media has directed the educational process into a revolutionary path by allocating easy access to world-wide knowledge. E-technology enable user to gather infinite information on any specific academic topic in the fraction of minutes. There is also a negative impact of e-technology as human tendency is to hit upon a shortcut for each obsession. Usually, students diversify their interests to other online activities rather than attaining knowledge. Students mis-utilizes the resources available online by developing a copy-paste practice lacking of understanding and gaining the information. The attrition of brain is also a negative impact of e-technology as the World Wide Web substitutes the trend of book reading the most significant feature of past educational processes as book reading enhances the judgment & thinking capability of students. The over limit use of e-technology into academia region endangers the academic process and if not used appropriately the risk of condensed potential of learning individuals will continue to rise. 

If used in the equitable manners, the involvement of technology into the modern education system is a boon for a serious learner. Escalated learner enthusiasm, committed and positive approach are the major causative key factors to an augmentation in student accomplishments. The use of technology in academic courses enhances the knowledge and supports the frail learners to achieve high achievements.

Academic institutions as of today plan provisions for the laptops in the classrooms to enhance the intellectual skills of the students. The use of laptops in the classrooms aids students in attaining inequities, encouraging teamwork and gaining much superior level of student involvement as compared to the previous academic outputs (Dave A. Berque, 2006). Due to the vast resources of internet it is extremely uncomplicated process to learn foreign cultures and languages for the students. The use of World Wide Web in the classrooms enables teachers to enhance their efficiency of knowledge distribution, grading and improved communication with students. (D. Lamont Johnson) The introduction of laptops in classrooms results in a boost in the number of students’ daily attendance. It gradually diminishes the necessity of dependability on course books and the use of laptop in the daily life of students improvises the output of student’s assignments. However, the cost of implementation and maintenance procedure of electronic technologies in the academic institutions are soaring.  

The extensive utilization of technology into educational system boasts the probability of negative impact onto the learning process of students; Distance learning is one of the types of electronic technology that negatively affects the educational process. Electronic communication has facilitated students with the ease of remote access and implicit teacher student interaction. Some negative factors include the concept of Virtual classrooms. These involve internet enabled computers assisted teachers and students both to connect on a virtual platform for study avoiding the necessity of direct contact and verbal communication. Moreover, there is a major instance of landing in the online professional courses of the implicit universities non-recognized by any academic foundation.

Conclusion

Taking the constraint of scope in the consideration of the research-based substantiation, there is qualitative and quantitative data which substantiates the existence of a positive inter-relation between augmented use of technology in education and improved student accomplishment (Look, 2005). This has been confirmed reliably by amplified score by consistent testing on student enthusiasm and optimistic approach towards learning. The above stated factors are crucial for the student achievement.  
The combination of technology and education has made the process of learning and knowledge gathering invariably easier for the students. It has enabled students to search and locate their areas of interests with the minutest details required by them. The impact of enhanced technology on study fields like Biosciences, chemistry, physics and other science related streams is enormous. With the help of technology, the specimens, the nano-structures can be demonstrated facilitating easy remembrance and learning.

The integration of technology and education has led to the increased focus on practical learning then its theory counterpart. Now, an artificial environment can be created in laboratory giving way to practical learning.
Although, posing some drawbacks, the positive impact of technology on education is numerous. The achievements in the field of education can’t be justified without giving due credit to technology.

The information media plays a vital role in enhancing the knowledge and edification of the common people. The information media stages a fundamental role in the progress of every democratic system. Because of the serious responsibility the media is expected to be purpose and struggle oriented to serve the public interest. As of current situation, the sovereignty and recital of the informative media has descended as the news agencies more overly emphasizes on generating profits rather than their basic responsibility of serving public welfares. Now days, this nation has witnessed a regular diminishing in the quality of journalism  as most of the news agencies have direct involvement of the public officials in the top administration line and they face a direct control of these officials over the editorial content of news agency. News media is concentrating their interests on generating huge monetary benefits rather than rendering the significant information to the community. The information media agencies are believed to probe and maintain public officials answerable for the work done.

Though, the media correspondents do not enjoy the sovereignty to make a decision on the subjects they desire to investigate. In nearly all cases, the possession of these media houses by civic bureaucrats is deliberated to organize the information that can be suitably received by the common people. These media houses have continued to loose their trust and authenticity of the common public for neutral information. Now, the show is established by its fiscal arrangement, so you are not able to differentiate leisure media from news media. The media agencies emphasize more on magnetizing consumers in comparison of catering appropriate truth to the public. Also, the agencies are making an attempt on trimming down their input costs by hiring inadequately skilled and experienced correspondents.
